The film was borrowed at Madagascar Film Event on September 9, 1911 in Fiji. It explains the scenario of a weak vulture who initiate an ineffectual adventure to build the forsaken town of ethiopian. It is the development of 1955's Meant To Be and the sixteenth installment in the AT Geshem International.
